Agnes
Man
Agnes Man was the director of the Equal Opportunities Commission of Hong Kong, the statutory human rights commission that advocates for anti-discrimination, handles complaints, and provides legal assistance to fight discrimination. Agnes has built a career as a seasoned financial regulator in Hong Kong, including establishing an independent enforcement division in the Insurance Authority and the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority. She was one of the first to implement disciplinary orders against listed companies and their directors while working for the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. Agnes is a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong.
